At IBHA Process Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in designing and delivering integrated, high-performance Food and Beverage Processing Plants, with a focus on dairy and fruit-based product lines. Our turnkey solutions are engineered to meet global food safety standards, ensure product consistency, and maximize plant efficiency through automation and energy optimization.

From raw material intake to packaging, our systems are developed for hygienic design, ease of operation, and scalable productivity—meeting the exacting demands of modern food and beverage industries.

Dairy Processing Line

Our dairy systems are designed for continuous, sanitary processing of liquid milk and dairy derivatives. With full compliance to CIP (Clean-in-Place) and 3-A Sanitary Standards, we ensure high throughput and minimal product loss.

Key Offerings
  • Raw Milk Reception & Storage Tanks
  • Cream Separation and Standardization Systems
  • Pasteurization (HTST/UHT) Systems
  • Milk Evaporation & Concentration
  • Spray Drying for Milk Powder
  • CIP Systems and PLC/SCADA Integration

Milk Powder Processing Unit

We provide fully integrated milk powder production lines, ideal for dairy processors aiming to add value through long-shelf-life products. Our systems cover all critical stages, from milk standardization, evaporation, to spray drying, ensuring excellent powder solubility and uniform particle distribution.

Process Flow
  • Pre-heating & Standardization
  • Vacuum Evaporation (Multi-effect)
  • Spray Drying with Automated Controls
  • Pneumatic Powder Conveying
  • Powder Cooling, Sieving, and Packaging

Applications: Whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, baby food, dairy whitener

Pasteurization Systems (HTST / UHT)

We offer High-Temperature Short Time (HTST) and Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) pasteurizers, designed for optimal microbial inactivation while maintaining nutritional value and sensory quality.

Technical Features
  • Precise PID-controlled temperature regulation
  • Heat regeneration efficiency up to 92%
  • Aseptic and non-aseptic configurations
  • PLC-SCADA based monitoring and control
  • Suitable for milk, cream, juice, and flavored drinks

Milk Evaporators

Our multi-effect evaporators reduce milk water content to increase solids concentration before drying or storage. Designed for low energy consumption, they use mechanical or thermal vapor recompression (MVR/TVR) as needed.

Advantages
  • High heat transfer efficiency
  • Low residence time to preserve protein quality
  • CIP-compatible and skid-mounted options available

Spray Dryers for Milk Powder

We engineer spray drying systems that convert concentrated milk into free-flowing powder with consistent quality parameters.

System Highlights
  • Atomization via rotary/disc nozzles
  • Controlled inlet and outlet temperatures
  • Integrated fluidized bed for secondary drying
  • Inline sifting, powder recovery, and de-dusting
  • Hygienic design conforming to EHEDG
